I cannot say enough good things about Caldwell Dental. Upon examination, Dr. Charles found I had two teeth, needing crowns. I made an appointment to have them taken care of. I met Dr. John and he performed the dental procedure. He too, is exceptional, very gentle, compassionate, sensitive to the patient. That evening, I received a call from not only the office to see how I was doing, but a personal call and text from Dr. John. Thank you Caldwell Dental. I would give you a higher rating, if one was offered. 5 stars will have to do :)

Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable office! The staff were very professional and accommodating. Vic was a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Charles Kim was very kind. I have major doctor office anxiety and I’ve had bad experiences with being pressured into treatments, but everyone at this office made the experience fast and pleasant.

I'm grateful for the doctors here who were patient with me in understanding my fears of going to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable in the chair and it put all my nervousness at ease. Let me tell you, I HATE THE DENTIST! I have PTSD from bad dental experiences, but Dr. Kim was so gentle! He asked me if I was okay throughout my procedure. I walked away with fresh teeth and I couldn't be more grateful for him! Thank you!

Had a really great experience here during my recent visit for fillings. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It looks like the practice is under new ownership, and I have to say...Dr. Kim was easy on the eyes and gentle on the teeth! He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and patient care. The office itself was clean and modern, which only added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

I met Dr. Charles today, who dealt with cementing back in my 6-month-old bridge with nothing but problems since being done. Just wow! Dr Charles was awesome. Incredibly respectful, thorough work done with a gentle hand. Finally, the bridge feels like it fits right. Congratulations in advance because customers will flood in by word of mouth. Dr. Charles was that good!

I had just broke a tooth and was looking for a dentist and am so glad I found Dr. John Kim! He was able to take the tooth out and place an implant on the same day! I didn't know this was possible and it was so quick and easy. I always dread going but the staff was so friendly and really made me at ease. Dr Kim was patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend and will come back for my routine dental cleaning!

I chipped my tooth while on vacation and was desperate to get it fixed so it wouldn't show up in pictures. Caldwell Dental was able to take me in urgently and Dr. Kim fixed it right away. You can barely tell it was even chipped. Saved my vacation!

Dr. John Kim gave me one of the best experiences I could have as a patient. He was extremely thorough with his process and you can really tell he cares for his patients. He checked up on me 2 weeks after my implant to make sure things were a 100 percent. Never experienced such care from a dental office and would happily go back. Would recommend!!

I absolutely love this place! I feel like I am family here! They really take their time with me and explain the process. All the staff I have encountered are so sweet and patient with me. I always leave satisfied and with a more confident smile. This is the best and only dentist I will ever go to.
